Three stories present a cavernous floor plan, multiple decks, a phenomenal Great Room, and a full kitchen. Spend hours of fun in the game room, fitted with a pool table. Almost every bedroom presents access to a deck and bathroom.

The shining shoreline is a leisurely walk over the neighborhood boardwalk and down the street to the public beach access. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off the sand. Bring the family dogs because this home is fido-friendly. Appreciate the added perks of a seasonal gas fireplace, central air-conditioning, seven TVs, and cable.

Money saving strategies:

  • In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
