BELLA VISTA or BellavistaOBX.. is our newly refreshed oceanfront home in the Outer Banks. We had it professionally decorated with high end finishes that are not common in the Outer Banks. It's completely loaded with everything you will need and want from the new fresh home smell to the chef's kitchen. We've completely transformed this home with new paint, floors, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings, everything!

You'll have 5 enormous bedrooms, 4 king bedrooms and a double bunk bed room. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, each King bedroom has gorgeous ocean vistas and slider doors to the decks, and two with with constructed in fireplaces. The double bunk bed kids room comes with the bigger full over full beds and sound side vistas, we have a game room with pool table and tv, all new designer furnishings throughout, full coffee bar, corn hole and tons of games. You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

The space Bella Vista OBX has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel casual when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention to detail is being paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the home.

The layout of the home and the additional game room is ideal for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space.

The kids can hang out by playing pool or watching a movie on the first floor in the game room while Mom and Dad appreciate their favorite drink up on the 3rd floor main deck, listing to the waves and taking in the countless blue ocean vistas.

We supply ALL linens and plenty of bath towels, bathroom spa packs (shampoos, soaps, lotions, conditioners), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a well supplied coffee bar, and all new kitchen cookware. We also have plenty of beach gear for you: Boogie boards, Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a huge beach cooler, beach games and kids beach toys as well.

There are so many outside and water activities here from surfing, kite surfing, foiling, sailing, boating, pier and deep sea fishing and more. It's so uncrowded here as well it's a dream. If you savor watching surfing, you'll have a great seat right from the living room, all the master bedrooms, and from your rocking chairs on the decks! The world famed Real Surf Shop is just 2 min away and teaches beginner to advanced surfing, kiting and foiling lessons.

HOME RULES

1. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per nighttime.

2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the home you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

3. No events. If you host a event with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $750 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

4. No family pets allowed. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $750.00 ozone and cleaning fee.

5. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.

6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furnishings.

7. External doors and sliders must remain closed while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.

8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.

9. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal.

10. Please do not use the towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup remover wipes for this as your makeup will stain the towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.

11.NO GLITTER/NO DYE:Glitter is nearly impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
