In fact, it’s ISLAND TIME PARADISE, an eight-bedroom/eight- and three-half-bath home that provides the ultimate Hatteras Island getaway to bring all your favorite people together.

Standing sentry over a private soundfront beach, this roomy home has everything you need to appreciate the gentle pace of soundfront living in extravagant style. While the call of the sound to launch a kayak or windsurf could be strong, the pull of the private pool may win out. Choose a poolside chaise under sun or shade — there’s plenty of both — or opt for the deck revealing pristine sound vistas. Practice your game on the adjoining putting green, breaking for a soak in the new 7-person hot tub to keep those muscles loose. Refreshment is as close as the adjacent tiki bar, lined with stools to keep the banter as lively as the music you can pipe through the poolside speakers. Move the reverie inside to the game room, a haven for all ages to play pool, foosball or 60 classic arcade games. Grab a cold drink from the drink refrigerator in the kitchenette, fill it with ice from the ice maker and turn on the Intelligent TV. Too sedentary? An exercise room on this level gets you moving again on a recumbent NordicTrack® bicycle. Also on this level are three sumptuous king master bedrooms. All of the home’s bedrooms feature ensuite baths and Intelligent TVs.

The home is equipped with an elevator, easing movement between floors. You’ll find two more king master bedrooms on the second level, along with a handicap-friendly queen master featuring a day bed and private ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room featuring two pyramid bunk beds. Retire to the media room to channel-surf the 58-inch Intelligent TV or break out the cards at a multi-use game table. If it feels like a movie nighttime, the theater room with 12 plush reclining seats and a 120-inch projection screen will reel you into cinematic magic.

The home’s final bedroom, a king master, is on the top level, along with the majestic great room where walls of windows reveal striking sound vistas. A impressive chef’s kitchen featuring a gas burner prepare top, dual ovens, 2 dishwashers and ice machine is a delight to prep those big family meals. With a kitchen counter that seats five and a 14-seat dining table, gather everybody together and create those moments that become the memories of family legend. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
