From the moment you step foot on the property, you will be welcomed by spectacular vistas of the sound that will immediately set the tone for your vacation. The water is just steps from the property. Whether you want to swim, fish or kayak in the sound, appreciate the private pool and hot tub, relax inside in the media room, play cards and savor billiards in the game room, this extravagant 4,332 sq. ft. home is ideal for multi-generational families as each bedroom has a private bath and all but one offer private decks to enjoy calming moments of solitude. HARBORMASTER has something for all ages and provides just what is needed to appease the desires of both the restful and the restless.

Ample parking, a covered carport and a main level entrance provides simple access to a home that also offers an all-floor elevator to move about with ease. A soundfront 12’x25’ pool is surrounded by a paved deck with the option to plant a chair in both shade and sun. Nearby, a six-person hot tub stands ready to soothe after a great day on the water; an outdoor shower offers the means to cool them down. Step outside the gate and discover a waterfront lawn for kids to play, the dog to run and the ideal place to watch kiteboarders gliding across the sound. When you are ready to be entertained inside, the ground level also offers a media room featuring a 70-inch Intelligent TV with surround sound and brand-new plush leather seating; and a game room with a pool table, wet bar, card table, half-bath and deck overlooking the pool.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the second level where four of the home’s bedrooms provide calming escapes. A queen master bedroom offers an accessible bathroom. There’s a king master with soaker tub and private deck; a king master with a tub/shower combination and private deck; and another king master with private deck. All of the home’s bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs. A convenient laundry area is also located on this level.

The third level is the center that will draw your family together for those vacation moments you’ll recall for years to come. Cook up family favorites in the beautiful chef’s kitchen featuring stainless appliances, ice maker, tiled backsplash and an broad eat-at kitchen counter with three stools. Dine casually here or at the two dining tables that provide multiple options for sharing meals and memories. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself pulled between settling into the great room couches for an evening of channel surfing or out onto the deck as the sun begins its mesmerizing descent below the sound’s horizon. Also on this floor is a workstation to accommodate your needs when work follows you on vacation and a half-bath. Another laundry area and two more bedrooms occupy the fourth level: a king master with ensuite bath and private deck access; and a master bunk room featuring a queen/queen and single/single, also with ensuite bath and private deck access. You won’t want to miss the sunrise and a view of the ocean from the fourth floor and the spectacular sunsets that will take your breath away.

HARBORMASTER is located in Black Dog Harbor, a private waterfront community that includes six-foot boat slips and a ramp, fishing pier, gazebo, kayaks, basketball court, and corn hole. The ocean is just a short walk away. With so many options, HARBORMASTER makes it painless to navigate your vacation in whatever direction you please. You simply need to book it.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible).
