OCEANFRONT Salvo – Ocean St. – King Arthur’s utopia may have been fictional, but a setting of idyllic happiness and peacefulness is very real at this CAMELOT, a impressive six-bedroom/five-full and two-half-bath home that turns your vacation dreams into enduring memories. After you arrive, unpack your belongings with the convenience of an all-floor elevator, allow the dogs to run in the enclosed front yard and marvel at the ocean vistas that will greet you from morning to nighttime, you will notice the thoughtful details that make this bespoke-designed home the ideal place to let go.

It starts with the ground-level pool area, a professionally landscaped getaway to while away sunny days. Beside it, are two outdoor showers and a six-person hot tub that sits under cover for no-matter-the-weather soaking. Just inside is a half-bath and a game room with a pool table, Intelligent TV and full-size refrigerator to load up with beverages and snacks. Two bedrooms — one with two twins and one with a pyramid bunk and trundle — along with a full-bath on this level, give the kids their own private space to be, well, kids. Three more bedrooms are located on the first level with access to a wrap-around deck: Two queen master bedrooms, one with an ensuite accessible-friendly bathroom, and a double with ensuite bathroom. All of the home’s bedrooms have TVs, but when it comes to appreciating big-screen entertainment all together, the theater room on this level does not disappoint. Grab a drink from the wine cooler, settle into the comfortable couch and morph into movie magic as the screen descends from the ceiling.

The sixth bedroom, a king master with ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub is located on the top level. Walk out onto the deck and let the rising sun greet you good morning. Better still, enter the adjacent great room, where 80 oceanfront windows flood the open and airy space with natural light and gorgeous vistas. A gourmet chef’s kitchen addresses the challenge of feeding a crowd with a double wall oven and plenty of counter space accompanied by six stools for preparing and sharing the day’s feast. Two adjacent areas provide family dining around table for 10-12 and an additional round table that seats four. Two separate great room areas accommodate those who want to settle in for an evening of TV and for others who want to catch nature’s show outside with the benefit of a telescope. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. Located in Salvo, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
