This handsome 6 bedroom, 3,500-square-foot ocean side home is located in the exclusive Hatteras by the Sea subdivision and is one row back from oceanfront. This is the only home in the community with it’s own private elevated boardwalk or nature trail that leads to the private community subdivision pool & recreation clubhouse area or to the nature preserve. Just a short walk and you’ll be to the community beach walkway. Ocean view from top two floors and expansive view of marshes & sound.
This ocean side, split entry home greets you with a carport where you can park your boat with great coverage, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and plenty of deck space.
The first level features a game room with a pool table, foosball table, card table, and tv and also the first master bedroom / bathroom, which has it’s own wet bar and mini refrigerator and also a futon. Getting your groceries to the top floor kitchen area is a breeze using the cargo lift.
The second floor is home to 1 king master bedroom/bathroom with hottub tub, 1 queen master bedroom/bathroom, 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds all with deck & hot tub access, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom, and washer & dryer.
Head upstairs to the third floor that features 1 master bedroom/bathroom with hottub tub, a half-bath, great room / dining / kitchen area with tall ceilings, fireplace, access to outdoor sundecks and gorgeous vistas of the sunrises and sunsets. Meals and entertainment are a breeze in the kitchen, where you'll find a cooking island with breakfast bar, and full table seating with an ocean view.
All bedrooms as well as the game room and living room have TVs. All TV's are Streaming ready with Roku Express and provide Hulu Live, Netflix, Peacock, etc.
Towels will be supplied - 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel per guest.
Linens will be supplied as an upgraded option. If linens are requested, the charge will be added to your invoice and beds will be made for guest arrival.

THINGS TO KNOW
For 2022, the pool will be open early May to mid October. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use.
Events, including fraternity gatherings, are not allowed.
You must be 25 years old or older to book.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your signed agreement along with your deposit. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Parking notes: Please park in the driveway. Parking on the lawn is not allowed, as this may cause damage to the home's septic system.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is near the beach. Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum. Traveling with kids? Consider Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Windsurfing, motor boating, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
