Welcome to Pier House! Ideal for modest groups, this cute oceanfront bungalow provides spectacular ocean vistas from inside and outside, with nothing between you and the beach but a sand dune. You are steps away from world-class fishing on the Rodanthe pier!

Single Level: Outside you will find an ocean-facing sun deck with ocean and pier vistas, a back deck with a gas grille, a sand path to the beach, and a foot wash station. Inside, the sunny Great Room greets you with ocean vistas, a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, and ample seating. Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for 3, a dining table that seats 7, and a closet for the stacked washer and dryer. Off the Great Room is Bedroom #1, furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, and a private full bathroom. Off the kitchen are Bedrooms #2 and #3, which share the hallway bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Full bed, a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, and deck access. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 constructed-in Twin Bunk Sets and has a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD and ocean vistas.

Extras: 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, beach access close by, ocean-facing sun deck, foot wash, books, games, and a gas grille. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to Beach Access: Oceanfront. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Summer months are high season in Rodanthe. To find the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
