Bring the event outside where it should be when you're at the beach. This outdoor entertainment area impresses with a roomy yard and pool deck and ample seating for the entire group. There is a kiddie pool inset in the 15' x 30' private pool with 8-person hot tub steps away. A gate leads out of the pool area to the walkway to the beach. When you return from the beach, rinse in the outdoor shower and hang-out in the comfortable seating area under cover of the home where you can play ping pong or sidle up to the bar while your tunes are broadcast through Bluetooth speakers.

Inside on the first level, find the game room that dreams are made of with pool table, shuffleboard, TV lounge, half bath and kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ice machine. The kitchen will come in handy to prepare snacks and drinks for movie nighttime in the close by theater room with staged couch seating (stadium-style) and 90" projection screen TV. There is also a den with a couch and two king master bedrooms are located on this level.

The mid-level is home to three more king master bedrooms, one with handicap-friendly features. The kids will have suite dreams in the bunk bedroom suite with unique layout - the full bathroom divides the sizable space into 2 areas each with 2 sets of 2 pyramid bunk beds (4 bunk beds in total). Each bunk area has its own huge screen TV. There is no guarantee the kids will sleep, but they sure will have fun! A queen bedroom and private bath is also located on this level to provide a peaceful respite.

The opulence of the great room and expansive blue ocean view through enormous picture windows compete for your attention as you enter the top level of the home. Multi-conversational groupings decorate the top level deck with photogenic vistas and sweet salty air. The great room is anchored by a large screen TV mounted above the mantel with bar seating behind the couch backed up by the wet bar with full size refrigerator, convenience sink and microwave - ideal for between meal snacks and drink service. Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
