Bedrooms: Master - Queen Bed w flat Roku TV, 2nd - Queen Bed w flat screen Roku TV, 3rd - Pyramid Bunk with double on bottom and single on top w flat screen Roku TV. Sheets Included! 2 Full baths: 1st in master w shower, 2nd in hall with tub/shower. Updated kitchen with entirely loaded inventory. Open concept living/dining room. Living room has a sizable 55" Roku TV w DVD player. Books, board games, throw blankets are there to savor. Washer/dryer. Savor the WiFi, outdoor shower, 5 person hot tub, 2 screened in porches, 2 level sun decks. Walk over the dunes to the beach or drive mins. to the sound side for wind surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, etc. Walk 3 blocks to ice cream shop. Linens supplied (not towels). Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.
