OCEANVIEW Avon - Kinnakeet Shores Amenity selection, fine furnishings and convenient location have come together to create a striking composition at MEDLEY PARADISE. Located in the heart of Avon, you can walk to the grocery store, shopping and eateries from the home. Alternatively, tall pine trees provide privacy around the home creating a peaceful respite from the rest of Avon village. Start your vacation off with a dip in the private swimming pool with enormous pool area and bubbly hot tub close by. The gas grille is located on the deck overlooking the pool, just through the sliders from the game room where you'll find a convenient half bath, pool table, 43" Intelligent TV/DVD and wet bar with mini-refrigerator and microwave. Take the elevator up to the mid-level and choose from two master bedrooms (king, queen) each with private bath, or two other bedrooms (king, bunk with trundle and couch bed) that share a hall bath. The top level of the home offers one more king master bedroom whose private bath features a decadent garden tub and dual vanities. All bedrooms in the home provide their own 32" flat screen Intelligent TV. The charming great room has vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan providing space and comfort to your entire group. Custom cabinetry, center island range, breakfast bar prep sink, ice machine and dual dishwashers will impress the chef of the group. The two fridges are a welcome addition for storing food and drinks. Just off the kitchen, find a screened porch is the ideal perch for morning coffee al fresco, while the decks of the home are well furnished with chairs, tables and rockers. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. 

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $1000. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.
