Kiteboarding Heaven is a 1600 sf luxury end unit condo with spectacular sound vistas and full of amenities. Be prepared to watch all the kites, kayaks, paddleboarders, and more by day, and the great soundfront sunsets after a day of watersports, or chilling at the pool or beach. Savor a private hot tub on the private balcony overlooking the sound.
Waves Village Resort offers soundfront living at its best. Cavernous 3BR condo offers an open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Conveniences include an enclosed outdoor shower, onsite kiteboarding/watersports, air pumps, a gear locker with board racks, an onsite restaurant/bar (Good Winds), a coffee shop, and a NEW onsite ropes course. Elevator access, Private Hot Tubs, Washer/dryer. Beds Made (linens supplied). NO FAMILY PETS. WiFi. The fireplace pictured is not a working fireplace.
Balcony grilles are being phased out. If a grille breaks, it will not be replaced. Propane is not included and responsibility of the guest.

- Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
