Whether you're calming on the beach or finding tranquility in the cozy close by town, you'll make memories that you'll cherish for a lifetime. Spend your days fishing at the Avon Pier, touring the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, or taking in some culture by experiencing the Pea Island Art Gallery. Stroll around the nautical town of Avon by discovering local eateries, stores, trails, and family-friendly attractions.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a comfortable interior and an airy ambiance throughout the space. Unwind and make yourself at home by resting on cozy furnishings, watching movies on the TV, or curling up with a amazing vacation read while listening to the ocean waves in the distance. Hobby chefs will adore preparing enormous meals and beach picnic snacks in the kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop oven range, and a microwave. Two beds in the space will ensure that everybody will receive a comfortable nighttime's rest from the day's adventures. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection.
