If you are looking for a unique bungalow with reverse living then Dune Rose would be a great choice. Savor the ocean and the sound of the surf on the enormous deck that surrounds this bungalow. Appreciate the covered porch off of the bedroom on the lower level. Lots of beds for the fishermen. 4 queen, 1 twin bunk. Convenient to the local stores and eateries. Cozy and a great location, Dune Rose will be a great vacation destination. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Dune Rose is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are supplied. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.

In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Located in Avon, this cottage is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
