Welcome to our gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home – a modern haven designed for style, comfort, and impeccable furnishings. The entirely equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, ensuring enchanting meals for family and friends.

Our location is conveniently within a short walking distance (1000 feet) from the public beach access walkway, and just a stone's throw away from the Froggy Dog restaurant. In addition, we are just a short walk from coffee stores, ice cream parlors, and more. For water sports enthusiasts, a boat launch is conveniently located just 50 yards away! Just a few feet from the home, a long sidewalk extends from one end of Avon to the other, leading to eateries and additional stores

A couple of old bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, and a kayak are available for our guests to use.
