Cottage by the Pier is a cozy, dog-friendly, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, home with ocean vistas from the sun deck. You will be conveniently located to all Rodanthe has to offer and only 120 yards from the Atlantic Ocean and the famed Rodanthe Fishing Pier! Cottage by the Pier also includes Rodanthe Pier passes!

Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a hot and cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, charcoal grille, a driveway that accommodates up to 3 cars, and a cavernous yard with a modest lake.

Single Level: As you enter the home from the front door you are greeted by the combined living, dining, and kitchen area. Gather in the living room for quality time with your group with a flat-screen cable TV, books, and plenty of board games. From the living room, you can access the sun deck with a hot tub, plenty of seating, and ocean vistas. At the end of a long day in the sun, gather around the dining room table, which seats 5, for a nice meal prepared from the well-equipped kitchen. Off the living area are the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed and a TV, bedroom #2 is furnished with a Full bed, and Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Twin Bunk bed and a TV. A pack-n-play is also supplied for your little one. The shared full bathroom is located off the kitchen and also includes a washer and dryer.

Extras: Rodanthe Pier passes, hot tub, charcoal grille, fish cleaning table, traditional coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, 3 cable TVs, DVD/DVDs, pack-n-play, games, outside shower, sun decks, deck furnishings, and parking for 3 cars. Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
