This oceanfront duplex bungalow in Avon serves as an ideal escape for a couple or a modest family seeking a peaceful hideaway. Conveniently located near the beach with stores and dining options close by. Two By The Sea-B is a magnificant vacation spot, offering a full kitchen, a living room, and vistas of the ocean and dunes, all in a comfortable setting. All visitors are required to provide their own linens, towels, and paper supplies. The owners have decorated and furnished Two By The Sea according to their personal style. A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, bed pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters are supplied. Fees for reservations, partial stays, pet accommodations, taxes, and insurance are applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
