There are three more bedrooms, including an additional master bedroom, all facing the ocean. The cavernous decks are ideal for watching dolphins or for curling up with a good book. The elevator will help you get groceries or kids upstairs with ease. Jump in the pool if the ocean is a little rough, or step inside to the convenient half bath and roomy game room with pool table, foosball, a flat screen TV, and wet bar with mini refrigerator. • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

• Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
