Located in Wind over Waves community with community sound access and boat ramp. Load your suitcases into the convenient suitcases lift and send it upstairs while you take a dip in the private pool or relax in the close by hot tub. The game room is on the first level and features plenty of entertaining options including 39" flat screen TV, and pool table. Poolside snacks can be fixed comfortably in the game room wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave.

Two queen bedrooms on the first level share a bathroom, while there are 2 king master bedrooms, each with 32" flat screen TV/DVD combo, on the mid-level along with two more bedrooms that share a bath (1 with 2 singles, 1 with pyramid bunk w/trundle). The top level is home to the king of the master bedrooms with 32" flat screen TV/DVD combo and slider to private soundview deck. The great room will please the group with modern kitchen and comfortable seating in front of the home theater system with 46" flat screen TV.

Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
