This vacation home is located in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf. Buxton Seafood and Surf's Up are also worth visiting.

  • Book your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if there is a dispute.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
