Recently decorated, semi-oceanfront on a peaceful cul-de-sac; beach access directly in front of home. Appreciate the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the sound. Arrive knowing your beds will be made with professionally laundered linens. To reduce some of the notorious traffic jams coming and going from the island on Saturday, the home rents Sunday to Sunday.

First level features three bedrooms - one MBR, one queen, one twin, a full size bathroom and a utility room with washer/dryer. Each of these bedrooms savor access to a covered deck. Upstairs includes an additional MBR, great room, with dining area, and a well supplied kitchen. New kitchen appliances and bed beds added in 2016.

On the first floor, appreciate watching the sunset in a new 7 person hot tub. Outside you'll find a huge shower with hot and cold water, and in-ground grille.

All four bedrooms and great room have TVs, Direct TV, and two have DVD players. A high chair, Pack N Play, ironing board and iron can be found in the utility room.

Savor fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, cycling and bird watching. Bring your own equipment, or rent from close by surf stores
