Our home is a one of a kind property not only in Avon but the Outer Banks as a whole. Recently modernized home for casual beach living. The property includes a sizable 2 acre grass yard right next to the National Park and 144 feet of sound front beach. This is a kite boarder and windersurfer's dream home and fashionable with families and fisherman as well. Sunset BBQs on the beach are the best around.
