Located against the dune line in Hatteras, this 10-bedroom oceanfront rental with elevator accepts for the ultimate OBX vacation! Offering pretty ocean vistas, a private heated pool and hot tub, a home theater room with stadium seating, and a game room featuring both billiard and shuffleboard tables, this home is the ideal property for your Hatteras Island stay.

As an oceanfront home, this vacation rental has exceptional beach access to and from the home. Don't forget your pet on your Outer Banks vacation, Aqua Sol is also pet-friendly and the beaches on the island are ideal for daily walks and runs.

If you're looking to get out and discover the barrier islands, this home is well-within driving distance to area attractions like the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Take a ferry ride south for a day trip to Ocracoke Island, or head north to discover the tri-villages of Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo. Spend the mornings kiteboarding or fishing, just make sure to lounge away your afternoons at Aqua Sol!

**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

**Aqua Sol is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.
