Welcome to WIND ‘N WAVES, a 10-bedroom/10 full- and two-half-bath home ideal for multigenerational families, water-loving friend groups, and wedding groups to treasure those made-in-the-moment memories.

When the breeze blows just right, this home’s location right on the sound provides convenient access to launch your watercraft of choice. There’s space to lock up your gear when you’re done and two outdoor showers to rinse off the salt and sand. Sticking to land is no less enticing. The ground-level pool area is a haven of relaxation with chaise lounges for tanning, a 6-person hot tub for soaking, and a shaded poolside bar for thirst quenching. Whip up some friendly competitive action on the driveway’s pickleball court or just inside where a ground-level game room offers a pool table, arcade games, and a Intelligent TV.
