Our open top floor plan is great for calming, cooking or sitting on the broad decks with vistas of the ocean and the sound. Spend your afternoons outside at the pool and tiki bar or appreciate a fast walk to the beach. Evenings are enchanting watching the sun go down over the sound! Finally, wrap up your day with time spent in the hot tub or the heated pool listening to the waves!
Pool can be heated for a complimentary during the off season March -May & Sept- Oct!

A full bathroom with tub shower is located on the middle level as well as an additional living area with 2 couches and a closet full of games for rainy days! Located off the deck on this level is the ideal spot to read a book at the hammock or soak in the hot tub while you listen to the waves.
On the top floor:
Step into our open brightly lit kitchen with all new appliances and refreshed cookware! The open floor plan has plenty of seating between the island and huge dining table sitting 10 in total. The expansive decks off the kitchen and dining give you vistas of both the sound and the ocean!
The final bedroom is off the kitchen area with a handsome enormous bathroom that has a stand up shower as well as a jetted whirlpool tub.

Step outside to the striking pool area that can be heated to 88* or go undercover at the tiki bar while the kids swim away the day!
