OCEANVIEW Avon - Sandfiddler Ln. Thinking about spending some FAMILY TIME at the beach? Well, here is the ideal location for your family. The private swimming pool is a great place to start your vacation, and the kids will appreciate the convenient full bath on the deck. When it is time to move inside, the first level offers a game room complete with air hockey and card table. The wet bar with refrigerator will help keep your energy up during those challenging games. The second level has three bedrooms; 1 queen master, and two others that share a bath (1 with a queen and 1 with two bunk beds), as well as a handy laundry room and common access to the additional huge 10 ft deep deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level is a great spot for FAMILY TIME featuring the great room with enormous flat panel Intelligent TV/BluRay and sliders to the additional sizable 10 ft deep sun deck. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Hatteras visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.
