SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Lighthouse Ct. - Be prepared to be pampered because this gorgeous one-lot-back home has anticipated your every need. Located on a peaceful, low traffic street, SURF MUSIC sets the standard for beach vacation comfort and fun.

The first floor features a game room with a pool table, card table, and 65” intelligent TV with cable; and a den with a remote workspace with a sizable desk and a new sleeper couch. There are also 3 bedrooms on this level: a king master bedroom and another bedroom with a king bed that shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. A wet bar with full-sized refrigerator and microwave, a laundry room, and a convenient half bath round out the first floor.

The first level steps down to a private swimming pool and a six-person hot tub with convenient access to an outdoor shower and a half bath from the pool area.

The second floor has 4 master bedrooms: 3 with king-sized beds and 1 with 2 singles. All of the bedrooms in this home have TVs. Nearby you'll find a second laundry room, and a media room with a 65" flat screen TV/DVD, surround sound, and a sectional lounge couch.

The top floor features a cavernous great room, a gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves, the biggest dining room table on Hatteras Island, and a king master bedroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi.

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is on the beach. Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum.
