Relaxin Jackson is an a 5 min walk to the beach, located on oceanside, one level, 4 bedroom (1 king, 2 queens and 2 twins), 2 full Jack and Jill bathrooms with dual sinks in both bathrooms with plenty of bathroom storage and an open floor plan with 1100 square feet. It's clean, comfortable, cozy, has chic decor, cozy furnishings throughout the home and has plenty of space. There are 4 tv's throughout the home, 1 in the living room, king bedroom, queen bedroom and the twin bedroom. The kitchen, living & dining room have an open floor plan for family cooking, appreciating meals, playing games and watching movies. If you don't feel like eating out, our kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the home. You can relax on the front screened in porch on the rockers while listening to the ocean or we also have a sunny private back deck right off the kitchen with a picnic table for meals. You’ll find fresh herbs potted on the back deck for all to use while visiting. The walk to the beach is about 4-5 mins. to the beach path, which leads to a wooden boardwalk to help with crossing the sand & dunes. After a fun day at the beach, get cleaned up in the very enormous outdoor shower, which has lighting. The private area underneath the home is a great gathering place with a picnic table. You'll find a covered charcoal grille/smoker on the side yard for preparing meals. Our home is located in the Hatteras Colony neighborhood. Our neighborhood is considered by many as the best on the Island due to the wide streets and two-mile loop of side streets ideal for bicycle riding, running, walking or pushing a stroller. There is a fun pirate ship park for kids just up the street about 3 miles in Rodanthe for kids to climb the pirate ship, slide and swing. Right next door is a fabulous new skate park right for skateboards, roller skates, scooters or bicycles and you can pack a lunch because they have a pavilion and picnic tables. There are bicycle boardwalks out on the street and one will lead you a mile from the home to the complimentary Salvo Day Use, which is a PERFECT location to see the sunset. Salvo Day Use is located on the south end of Salvo on the sound with a shallow sandy beach, to catch some sunrays in the day if you want to take a beach chair or kayak, canoe or kite surf and there is an outdoor park grille available. You can walk or bicycle a couple streets over in our neighborhood to have some ice cream in the evening at The Conery. Memories await to be made and we look forward to sharing our home with your family to savor the striking OBX!

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
