Wind Top Unit #306 is a third-floor suite that is attractively decorated and offers a flatscreen TV in both the living room and bedroom along with a DVD player and a stereo/CD player. The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean vistas from every property. The suite offers a private oceanfront deck, as well as a sound-side deck for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul bags and groceries up long flights of stairs! Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast.

At Durant Station you'll savor a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's biggest private pools with an adjacent hot tub available April 1 to January 2. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for calming with friends, conducting meetings, wedding events and receptions, or simply appreciating the lounge areas, which offer a enormous-screen 50-inch plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground.

This unit has been charmingly furnished (there are new beds on every bed!) and completely equipped with central air-conditioning, cable TV with steaming, Satellite HDTV with a DVR, high-speed WiFi for your devices, and solid surface counters in the kitchen. Centrally located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility with an ocean view. A huge separate fish-cleaning station, Bar-B-Que grilles, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture. The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village, oceanfront on Highway 12. Savor being beachfront and near local eateries and stores.
