180 Degree View is a unique sound-front home boasting the best sound vistas on the island. Vacationers will appreciate this roomy 4,000-square-foot floor plan with a full wraparound porch. The first level has a sizable game/entertainment room with surround sound and a full bath. The game room also includes foosball, air hockey, and Ping-Pong tables! On the second level, you will find three bedrooms with pristine vistas of the sound, all with LCD TVs and private sliders to the wraparound porch. A laundry/utility nook is just around the corner. Life's a breeze in the additional-enormous, third-level great room with a tall ceiling, a gas fireplace, and an entertainment center with a huge LCD TV, surround sound, and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has all the necessities you'll need for preparing a morning coffee to be adored on the third-floor deck with vistas of the sound.

The hot tub is on the covered porch located on this level. Multiple levels of furnished sun decks are available for those who appreciate to sunbathe. The primary bedroom on the next level is extravagant, with an LCD TV and a private terrace viewing the sound. You can see the sound from every room in the home, and if you like sunsets, you will adore 180 Degree View. This home is a kiteboarding heaven. You will savor the painless launching area from the private sound-front beach, the 100-foot-long grassy rigging area, and the permanent buoy with carabiners 100 feet from the shore for simple self-landing. The prevailing side-shore winds make kiting a breeze from 180 Degree View!

THINGS TO KNOW
The private pool is typically open from April through mid-October.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details about this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during check-in. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Sunset Village, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
