Located canal front in Avon, you'll savor elegant sound vistas and spectacular Hatteras Island sunsets from Sunset Cove. Savor all that Hatteras Island has to offer, just a short drive away. Visit the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse further south or head north and discover the Bodie Island Lighthouse and spend the day in Nags Head. In Avon, discover the great local shopping, dining, and more, only a 10 min. walk away! Sunset Cove is also pet friendly so the family dog is more than welcome to join in on the fun too. Even better? You can walk to the beach access via Wahoo Circle or Sandfiddler Lane so you'll be sure to have countless beach days and many memories with your friends and family.

Family dinners will be a delight at the huge dining table with a canal view while the sizable kitchen with breakfast bar will make cooking the dinners a breeze. Off season vacations are just as nice with the comfortable gas fireplace located on the top floor and the bubbling hot tub on the covered deck. Guests staying at Sunset Cove also get complimentary access to the 25-meter Olympic size pool and tennis courts located on the North side of the Food Lion Shopping Center in the close by Kinnakeet Shores subdivision.
