OCEANVIEW Waves - Sea Isle Hills Dr. - There is no confusion here, WAVES DAZE is the beach home for your family vacation. Pull the car into the shaded parking with dry entry and step into the cavernous game room with pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, queen couch bed, TV/DVD and convenient half bath. A slider leads you to the deck where you'll find the bubbly hot tub overlooking the private swimming pool. The mid-level of the home features three calming master bedrooms each with private baths and TV/DVDs; two with king beds and one with a pyramid bunk. Also on this level is the convenient laundry area. Your expectations will be exceeded at the sight of the upper level great room with plenty of seating around the sizable flat screen TV/DVD, three sliders leading to decks on both sides, cheerful and well-appointed kitchen, dining area and the second half bath. There is also a king master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV/DVD. With private bathrooms for every bedroom, comfortable beach decor and beach access in walking distance, there is no better place to spend your WAVES DAZE and nights.

In lieu of a $3,000 cash security deposit, we provide a Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Get the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are high season in Waves. To book the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
• Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
