Sitting close to a peaceful beach on half an acre, privacy and tranquility abound; yet the Avon fishing pier, ORV Ramp 34, stores, and eateries are conveniently close by. Most importantly, this home has been designed from bottom to top to inspire enduring vacation memories.

Starting at the bottom, savor the home’s many outdoor amenities, including the 12’x24’ private pool, patio, outdoor shower, and hot tub. There’s a fish-cleaning station for the avid angler and a gas grille to fire up your fresh catch of the day. A half bathroom is comfortably accessible from the pool area, a phenomenal convenience. All of the home’s bedrooms feature private baths and Intelligent TVs. Three of them occupy the second level: a king master, a queen master, and a third master bedroom with three single beds. The final bedroom, a king master is located on the third level, providing painless access to the home’s central gathering space.
