Thoughtfully concepted with every comfort, luxury, and detail in mind, this beachfront home shines as brilliantly as the sun that rises each morning to greet you.
Tall dune grasses separate the ocean waves from the gentler water of a 40’x16’ in-ground pool with tanning ledge, surrounded by plenty of chaise lounges, a 6-person hot tub, and a cabana featuring a 55” Intelligent TV, Bluetooth® stereo system, and a tiki bar to keep the refreshments coming. Two outdoor showers provide a invigorating rinse from the sandy beach. Take advantage of two gas grilles to turn every afternoon into a convivial cookout. As the grille heats up, so does the competition at the shaded ping pong table or inside in the game room, where a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games raise the stakes. This room also features a wet bar with an ice maker and full-size refrigerator and a couch that gives you full view of the Intelligent TV.
