ALL SWELL will make everybody in the family happy. Savor the modern elegance from the moment you step into this eleven bedroom home. Every day can be a family day. Parlor in the fenced in backyard and in the private swimming pool or toss a frisbee on the grassy area. Dry the kids off, just long enough for a fast lunch at the covered outdoor dining area. Keep the bubbly hot tub for the adults and once the kids have gone to bed, slip back outside and take a soak. Access to the home from the pool deck is simple. Use the elevator, exterior deck stairs or the front stairs to get inside. The second level of the home is the entertainment center of the home, with a game room including a pool table and theater room.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is on the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina.
