Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, the home is ideal for those who appreciate the privacy of open space, wide-open vistas, and a short walk to the beach. You won’t have to walk far to reach water, as a private pool, outdoor shower, and 6-person hot tub await on the ground level. A few steps up on the first level you will find a game room with a pool table, seating area with Intelligent TV and a wet bar featuring a sink, drink refrigerator, and dishwasher. A master king bedroom with an ensuite bath completes this level.

Four more bedrooms occupy the second level: two master king rooms with ensuite baths; and a king and bunkroom that share a hallway bath. The final bedroom, a master king with ensuite bath is located on the third level – ideal for those who adore to be close to the great room and kitchen.
