OCEANFRONT Avon – Sailfish Lane – Vacation never looked as good as it does at SEA SKEET. This five bedroom home has everything from an elevator to oceanfront vistas. The first level of the home opens to a huge game room with a pool table, card table, stereo, and sitting area with a TV and DVD. Challenge friends and family to a pool tournament or to a nighttime of card games. While you wait for your turn, grab a cold drink from the full-sized refrigerator or a snack at the wet bar with and a sink. Laundry and a full bath are on this floor. Let the kids take this level’s bedroom, a queen bedroom that shares the game room bath. Deck access to the outside on this level makes going to the ocean easier then ever.

Make travel between floors simple with the elevator. The second level of the home has three bedrooms. Two king master bedrooms face the ocean and offer extraordinary sunrise vistas. Step outside before meeting the whole family and watch the sky turn pink and, if you’re lucky, catch dolphins playing. Both master bedrooms have deck access and private attached baths, one with a handicap-friendly bath and TVs. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds that use the hall bath on this level. Let the kids stay and watch a movie at the second level den area with seating and a TV. Sliding glass doors offer access to the second level covered deck from this area as well. The covered deck offers the ideal place to slip out at nighttime and take a calming soak in the bubbly hot tub.

The third level has the fifth bedroom, a king master bedroom with an attached private bath and deck access. Take the best view in the home for yourself in this bedroom. The sizable bath is ideal for a relaxing bubble bath after a day at the beach. Or, slip out to the deck for a moment of tranquility anytime of the day. Cooking for a enormous group is painless in the open kitchen with plenty of counter space. Vistas of the island and ocean are ideal for the backdrop of breakfast at the breakfast nook that seats four, or at the dining table that seats 10. Spend the evening in the great room with everybody and put a show on the huge TV while you talk about tomorrow’s plans of exploring the island.
