Outstanding oceanfront Gray Gables is the ideal mix of location and luxury. From this peaceful mid-Avon cul-de-sac, this classic cedar shake beach home has good parking, an outside shower, and an painless walk to Avon's best beachfront. On the first living level, the tile entry leads to bedroom two (a king bedroom with a flatscreen TV). Down the hall are bedroom one (a king main bedroom) and bedroom four (queen), both with deck access to the private hot tub. Bedroom three is a Pyramid with a trundle. A laundry nook and hall bathroom complete this level. Level two has a great room with tall wood cathedral ceilings that open to gorgeous vistas of the ocean and furnished sundecks. The exceptionally well-furnished living area has simple and comfortable viewing of the electronics package. A huge all-equipped kitchen spans the west wall and has a sizable breakfast bar with a veggie sink, and easy access to the dining area with ocean-to-sound vistas. Want the best of coastal life? Things to Know
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details about this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open from Mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
