From this peaceful mid-Avon cul-de-sac, this classic cedar shake beach home has good parking, an outside shower, and an simple walk to Avon's best beachfront. On the first living level, the tile entryway leads to bedroom two (a king bedroom with a flatscreen TV). Down the hall are bedroom one (a king main bedroom) and bedroom four (queen), both with deck access to the private hot tub. Bedroom three is a Pyramid with a trundle. A laundry nook and hall bathroom complete this level. Level two has a great room with tall wood cathedral ceilings that open to impressive vistas of the ocean and furnished sundecks. The exceptionally well-furnished living area has painless and comfortable viewing of the electronics package.
