An simple walk from the Buxton Highway 12 stores and eateries, this top-floor, Cottage Avenue Duplex home has a shared pool, two bedrooms, and is super-close to the beach and ocean. You'll savor the semi-oceanfront location, the central AC, the full kitchen, the bedrooms, and the bath when you want to come to the beach to appreciate all that it has to offer. Need a little additional space for your friends or extended family? You can rent Cape Bottom which occupies the same building as a separate unit with its own entrance. Don't forget: this home welcomes up to four dogs, so every family member can come along! Whether you're here for three nights or three weeks, you'll enjoy the beach life with Cape Top.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Buxton, this vacation home is near the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Seafood.
