An painless walk from the Buxton Highway 12 stores and eateries, this top-floor, Cottage Avenue Duplex home has a shared pool, two bedrooms, and is super-close to the beach and ocean. You'll appreciate the semi-oceanfront location, the central AC, the full kitchen, the bedrooms, and the bath when you want to come to the beach to savor all that it has to offer. Need a little additional space for your friends or extended family? You can rent Cape Bottom which occupies the same building as a separate unit with its own entrance. Don't forget: this home welcomes up to four dogs, so every family member can come along! Whether you're here for three nights or three weeks, you'll enjoy the beach life with Cape Top.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Buxton, this vacation home is near the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Seafood.   • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Buxton. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
