Located in northern Avon, Noble One offers the quintessential combination of location, comfort and functionality. No expense has been spared in curating this bespoke-designed home that's both fresh and practical, with unexpected details throughout that will make your Outer Banks vacation memorable. From the craftmanship of the woodwork to the clawfoot tubs, Noble One isn't just a beach home - it's a one-of-a-kind experience. Noble One is located on the oceanside of NC 12 just 500 feet from the neighborhood's wooden walkway to the beach. Nature lovers seeking outdoor adventure can use the close by sound access half a mile north for launching kayaks and SUP's. Back at the home, thoughtfully commissioned accents made by local artisans include solid poplar cabinets and bespoke shutters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Most of the common areas feature wood floors, ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach. After a day of fun in the sun, come home and relax in the well-appointed great room that offers an abundance of natural light and direct access to both a sun deck and screened porch for seamless indoor/outdoor transitioning. The chef in the family will savor the kitchen's high-end appliances (including a gas range) and additional prep sink. The primary bedroom is located just off the living area and includes a king bed, deck access and a gorgeous ensuite bath with clawfoot tub and separate shower. Three additional bedrooms (including a second king ensuite) are located downstairs on the mid-level and all provide deck access for appreciating the salty breezes. Take in vistas of both the ocean and the sound from the top-level loft, furnished with a daybed for alternative sleeping arrangements if needed. Bed and bath linens are always included at no additional charge, and the beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival. Noble One is ideal for guests with family pets, who can run around in the fenced yard and join their owners on the dog-friendly beaches of Avon. Noble One is representative of the character and authenticity that makes Hatteras Island so appealing to visitors and locals alike. Avon is considered by many to be the center of Hatteras Island, home to more businesses than some of the neighboring villages. Despite this, Avon remains a cozy coastal town with the main attraction still being the unspoiled beaches. Noble One is located on the northern end of Avon, just past the 11-mile stretch of undeveloped National Seashore that separates it from Salvo. A three-min. drive south will take you to the heart of town, where you'll find the Avon Fishing Pier along with a variety of locally owned stores, surf stores, and dining options.   • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
