You'll have a blast kite boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, bird watching, or just taking in the fantastic unobstructed sound vistas from this handsome home located just 1 lot back from the sound with direct access. The ocean is just a short walk from the home. The ground level has a concrete drive, 3-car carport, an enclosed shower, a enormous lockable storage area for boards, sails and other equipment, and all weather entry. The first level has 4 bedrooms, each with TV, and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms open to a shaded soundside deck with a 2-seat swing. The upstairs level has a sizable great room with vaulted ceiling, 55" LED TV with BluRay player, a huge dining room table and a separate round table for games and puzzles. Kite boarders, windsurfers and fishermen will appreciate the weather station and tide clock. The home has 2 levels of generous decks facing 3 directions to savor the amazing sound and sunset view, especially in the 6 person hot tub. (Fireplace and suitcases lift seen in photos are not available for guest use.)

New for 2024: Fresh interior paint elevates the space. Game nighttime has gotten an upgrade with a new game/puzzle table. Take a leisurely paddle in one of the two kayaks supplied (Lifejackets are available to rent locally).
