As you pull up to the home, you'll notice ample areas to park along the driveway and dual-covered parking spaces under the home. Also, on this ground level, you'll find an elevator, two roomy outdoor showers with changing area, a storage chest for your beach gear, and access to the gated private pool area containing a invigorating saltwater pool. A private walkway connects the pool deck to the boardwalk, leading you over the dune and onto the beach to wiggle your toes in the sand and splash around in the Atlantic Ocean. The front staircase leads to the first-floor entry doors with a keyless combination lock. A full-size washer/dryer closet is also located on this level.

Walk up to the second level to a cavernous open floor plan and take in the beautiful ocean vistas over the broad dunes through sliding glass doors and windows. The living area is a prime space for quality family fun with multiple comfortable couches, a stone fireplace, and an entertainment center with 55-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Samsung Soundbar. Have some work to do while you're here? The elevator-accessible great room offers a modest desk for a private workspace. Natural lighting and ocean vistas extend into the dining room. More seats are available at the breakfast bar that overlooks the well-equipped kitchen with expansive windows. A media room with a sizable TV is located just off the main living area. Step out the sliding glass doors in the bedroom or living room onto your oceanfront deck, the ideal spot for sunbathing, reading, or listening to the serene ocean sounds. The back steps lead down to the lower levels and the beach boardwalk.

All bedrooms have TVs, and the primary features a roomy bathroom. Three guest bedrooms offer deck access, including one with dual access: one on the ocean and a private terrace on the street.
