It's important to note that there are no interior stairs connecting the lower and upper levels, adding a unique touch to the property's layout. Visitors are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products, ensuring a personalized and comfortable stay. In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period.
