For the early risers, one of the most breathtaking moments in your life will be when you grab that cup of java and step out the front door to the deck that wraps the front and side of the cottage. There is a brilliant sunrise almost every single day on Hatteras Island.

This one-level, four-bedroom, floorplan makes is easy to enjoy lots of family time after a relaxing day on the beach. Cook your catch on the outdoor charcoal grill or eat inside still enjoying the relaxing ocean view with family. With two bedrooms on each side of the main living area, it is easy to slip away to watch your favorite television show or read a good book in the quietness.

Leeward is a quiet little secret located on the ocean shores in Rodanthe and is a water-lover’s or fisherman’s dream! Just a short walk to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier and close to all the shops, restaurants, and water sports that make island life so wonderful.

Due to the amazing location of this cottage, 4WD is required. Parking for one vehicle at the property. Additional parking available at the Sun Realty office in Salvo.
