A bedroom with two bunk sets shares a full bathroom off the hall with a bedroom with two twin beds and access to the shaded deck. The laundry area is also on this level.

Upstairs is the open living and dining area, a well supplied kitchen with breakfast bar, and an additional half bathroom. This level also sports a wrap around sundeck.
