This well-appointed 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom sound-side home is a crowd-pleaser full of amenities. Savor uninterrupted sunset vistas from the enticing back decks, a private pool, an 8-person hot tub, and a game room. Don't let the sound side location fool you—Beach Break is only 4 tons back from the ocean—roughly 400 yards from the community beach access.

Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a private pool, covered deck, outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, charcoal grille, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. As you enter the home, you will find a huge game room with a 7-foot pool table, stereo system, sizable TV, DVD player, kitchenette, and access to the covered pool-facing deck. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and full-sized refrigerator so you'll never have to wander far from the fun to savor your favorite snacks and drinks. Directly off the game room is Bedroom #1 furnished with 2 Twin beds, a Intelligent TV, and access to the covered deck. A sizeable full bathroom and laundry room are also located on this level.

Mid Level: As you make your way to the middle level, you will find 3 cavernous bedrooms all with Intelligent TVs/DVD players and attached private bathrooms. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are furnished with a King bed and have access to the covered hot tub deck. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a pyramid bunk (Twin over Full) and has a private deck on the front of the home. There is an additional seating area on this level with a flat-screen TV and DVD player and additional direct access to the covered hot tub deck.

Top Level: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, main living area, covered deck, and sound-facing sun deck. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a 42-inch flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD player, and an inviting dining area that seats 8. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The top floor finishes with Bedroom # 5, an impressive King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, and access to the top-level deck. A half bathroom is also located halfway up the staircase from the mid to top level.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
