Welcome to Laughing Gull, a pet-friendly oceanside home just steps away from the handsome beaches of Avon!

This comfortable, refreshed home on Hatteras Island offers an open great room with plenty of cozy seating and a well-outfitted eat-in kitchen with a dining area for 6. Down the hall, all three bedrooms boast TVs and comfortable linens.

Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before dining al fresco at the covered picnic table, or calming and taking in the warm salt air on the furnished sun deck. Spend your days on the beach with a good book, with convenient beach access less than 300' away at the end of the street, or savor the use of the community pool and tennis courts!

Laughing Gull is located close to many stores and eateries, including Sunrise Seafood Market, Burger Burger, Mad Crabber, Oceana’s, and more.

Please note, there is a security camera in use under the home.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
