You've just found your new favorite beach home, Sandi Shores! Sandi Shores is a 4 bed, 3 bath, semi-oceanfront home that features a hot tub, access to Kinnakeet Shores Community Pool & Tennis, and is less than 50 yards to the community beach access. Centrally located, you're within 2 miles of sightseeing, shopping, eateries, art galleries, museums, and the Avon Fishing Pier. Don't forget your 4-legged family... Sandi Shores is dog-friendly!

Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include a hot tub, charcoal grille, basketball hoop, outside shower, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. Beach access is directly across the street.

Mid Level: As you enter the home, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry area. Bedroom #1 is a King bedroom with a TV and an ensuite private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a King bed, and a TV, and has direct access to the covered ocean-facing deck. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Twin Bunk bed with a Twin Trundle bed, a TV, an Xbox One S video game system (games are not supplied), and direct access to the covered deck. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a roomy full bathroom located off the hallway.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you are greeted by striking ocean vistas from all areas of the open living area. Savor the flat-screen Intelligent TV with DVD player in the living room. The living room also offers a sleeper couch for additional sleeping options. Step outside to the furnished sun deck or screened porch to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or stargaze after a long day in the sun. The cavernous kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare today's catch, an island that seats 4, and a dining area that seats 8. Bedroom #4 is an broad King bedroom located directly off the living area with access to a semi-private bathroom with a soaking tub and tile shower.

Sandi Shores has exclusive access to the Kinnakeet Community Pool and Tennis Courts located in Avon. You will have access to Kinnakeet Shores Resort amenities. Kinnakeet Shores is the biggest planned community on Hatteras Island. This resort-style community features an impressive array of amenities including 69 acres of freshwater lakes, an outdoor Olympic-sized pool with extensive sun decks, and two Har-Tru tennis courts. Kinnakeet Shores Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to the last Saturday in September.

The fireplace is not for guest use

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
