Watermen's Cabana 2A is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.
Cabana 2A features one king bed, one queen bed, two twins and a full kitchen. The living room features leather furnishings, a intelligent TV and cable. The primary bedroom features a full bath with a bathtub shower combo. The second full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The dining area features a table with seating for six. The living area provides access to a deck with seating for two and a shared charcoal grille.
Watermen's Cabanas are just a short walk to REAL Watersports, Watermen's Bar and Grille or the beach with access to miles of wide-open, gorgeous beaches. Cabana 2A is dog friendly (2 max) with a signed pet waiver and payment of the $175 pet fee.
Guests of Watermen's Cabanas get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, a private outdoor shower, an in-property washer and dryer and base level secure gear storage. When to visit & When to book:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. - Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
