CANALFRONT Avon - Cobia Way - SUN KIST is ripe with amenities and conveniences that make for a sweet vacation experience.

The concrete driveway and carport lead to an under home laundry room that is huge enough for stowing watersports gear. Take the 2 kayaks to the boat dock and launch directly into the peaceful canal, or launch your own paddleboard or modest skiff. A charcoal grille, fish cleaning table with water, outdoor shower and cargo lift are also handy to have right here at the home.

Step inside to find three comfortable bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms that have slider access to the deck where the hot tub resides. Take a dip after a long day on the water for a calming evening treat. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed. All three bedrooms have their own TV with a BluRay player. The two full baths on this level each have a Jacuzzi-style tub.

The close by game room provides indoor entertainment including foosball table, puzzles and seating around a TV with a BluRay player. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams make a dramatic impression in the great room which is lavished with nautical decor. Choose from two seating areas, one located in front of the flat screen home theater system with BluRay player and sound system with movies for the group to savor. Also for your enjoyment, a Wii game station is hooked up to the flat screen TV in the living room. The entirely equipped, roomy kitchen has plenty of space for multiple cooks and a breakfast bar provides additional seating to compliment the adjacent dining area. Venture out onto the deck through the slider for SUN KIST conversation. Climb to the crow's nest for vistas of both ocean and sound.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
