Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 5 cars, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a roomy yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grille.
Single Level: As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area. The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a enormous sectional couch and TV. The chef's kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today's catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8. Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a TV, and share a full cavernous bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full)… ideal for the little ones in your group! Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
